The Staff at BDW will be happy to assist you in any way we can to help you save money and acquire quality used texts for your classes. We offer a free 48-hour search service. What this means is that if your book is not currently in stock, we will search nationwide for your book. We have a network that includes thousands of bookstores so even if we do not have your book currently, normally we can find it for you. You will save significantly over what you would pay elsewhere. Freight and handling cost is $4.75 for the first book (or item) and $1.00 for each additional book.

We are an authorized educational distributor for Microsoft, Symantec, and almost all other software companies. With a current valid college ID you can save significantly over what you will pay after graduation. Buy the new Office 2000 at significant savings as a student.

If you are in need of books that are not currently available through normal channels, we will identify these as Special Order books. Due to the ordering complexities, unfortunately these books are not returnable for any reason. We will identify these books to you at the time you order.

• Textbooks are returnable for 14 days after we ship, unless they are identified as Special Order. These are not returnable.
• Books must be in the same condition as they were when they were shipped to you.
• You must call, fax, or send e-mail for permission before returning books to BDW.
• Computer software is non-returnable except for identical item exchanges due to disk/CD defects.

We buy-back a significant number of books every year. The pricing depends on a number of market factors. You can fax, e-mail or call us for current pricing info. Generally the price quotes are good only for the immediate time of the quote since the market varies. Below are the factors that affect the value of books for buy-back:

• Edition number and availability of the book in the market
